If you ever feel confused with the workaround, don’t worry- their customer service is amazing and responds really quickly.

My initial impressions are excellent! The app offers extensive functionality even on the free plan, which is perfect for new stores. Most importantly, the support is exceptional. I received an instant reply from a human agent at 4 AM my time, who quickly helped resolve complex questions about review import. Reliable 24/7 support is a game-changer. Highly recommended!

Much better than other apps in terms of support

This is a really good app. Has helped us to get more product reviews and store reviews as well. Highly recommend.

Install was not going smoothly. I emailed support and they got back to me within minutes. Install had problems, I suspect because my website theme is very old and not up to date. It took some time but they were always very responsive and finally got it working. So far, very happy with them.
