Judge.me Product Reviews App

Martin was wonderful and made sure my problem was handled in a timely manner. And the issue was not with the program, it was my user error.

What an exceptional support team they have here at Judge.me. Their diligence and knowledge helped me when I was trying for days to figure out what to do. This was not AI but a real person responding back to me and screen sharing to make sure I received exactly what I was about for. Great Work :)

Sebastian was patient and clearly explained how the AI summary works, how to remove it without affecting my reviews, and the differences between the paid and free plans. I appreciated his support. My concern remains that the AI service sentiment doesn’t account for merchant replies or how a complaint was resolved.

excellent customer service

The human (person with blood in his veins) was great! His name is Martin. Just wish the app plan I'm on had more features.

My Fav APP ever!

My review wasn't rendering but Tasnim from Judge.me support quickly remedied that.

Tasnim was friendly and helped clarify how the referral program works. Thank you for answering my questions and checking the reward amount limitation

bastante resolutivos
