I had some trouble with the screen not displaying properly, but the support staff was polite and I was able to use it with confidence. It's a great app with lots of features.

Phenomenal support! I rebuilt our website in a new theme and generated new skus for several existing products. All the reviews were missing or lost but their support team did all the work to get them up and visible again. Can't go wrong with these guys!

Excellent 24 hour service for helping set-up. As the number of reviews would imply, its a world class app with an excellent integration/customization. Beyond reviews, if your looking for a nice Q&A widget (that can reflected at the top of your product page), it appears this may be an excellent app. Haven't got to integrating it but was looking for one.
