Der Service ist sehr schnell und hilfreich. Schade ist, das sich Änderungen nicht auf die Vergangenheit auswirken. Ansonsten prima App.

Very quick. Very Helpful Support. Free plan is fine for small to med businesses I reckon. Support is excellent. I am not an experienced techie but support were there every time, without long waits..super helpful. Good work guys. Thanks

nice widgets, simple and effective

The app is still in development and can be a little tricky to understand the UI of at first but the team is very helpful. Thank you Abraao for being so great and walking me through it. I look forward to upgrades being made so there are more design features to make it more on brand!

Me está gustando la app y el soporte. Me encantaría actualizar al plan Awesome, pero el costo es desproporcionado para una pequeña empresa, equivale a la mitad del precio de todo mi plan de Shopify. Espero que consideren niveles de precios más accesibles para mercados más pequeños como Uruguay.

Super helpful and quick AI customer service. I like how the reviews appear on my site but really think more work should be done on the email templates and the ability to customize.

Tasnim was very helpful. Wish the app was a bit more user friendly. Also wish we could use our own branding for our emails templates. Colours yes, but fonts would be great. A little more cusotmization would be helpful

sehr gute App, Support könnte etwas preziser sein in seine Aussagen. Wir haben das Problem dann selber gelößt. Trotzdem sind wir mit der funktionen zufrieden.

It works great but as we're looking over settings from the past we decided to change some apps and that meant Judge.me didn't work with our new lualty-program so we decided to pause it for now and focus on simplicity for the user.

Excellent support from the team. The team helped us with the complete setup process and guided us through everything patiently. Much appreciated.
