Overall, Judge.me has been a great experience so far. The support team is truly amazing-super helpful and quick to respond whenever we have questions. That said, we’ve noticed a few quirks, especially around how some reviews still affect our transparency score even when they go against the app’s own guidelines (like using profanity or being unrelated to the product). We’ve always been a little hesitant about review platforms in general since upset customers are usually the ones who leave feedback, while happy customers rarely take the time. But all in all, Judge.me is a solid tool and we appreciate how much the team is doing to make it better.

very pleased, but some functionality doesn't work as expected (i am not very technology smart). however customer service is always very helpful and responsive in resolving any issues that have arisen.

This app had been a great help when is came to helping me with set up and utilizing the app. I can not recommend this app enough!! Leighs Faves.

Die App tut was es soll, alles funktioniert und wenn mal ein sonder Wunsch besteht, wird dieser im Support gelöst. Einzig und alleine die nervigen auflobenden Werbungen sind sehr störend. Daher in ein Stern weniger.

Great tool, practical. Review page needs improvment as we had to build our own instead, but everything else works great.
