Binh was extremely helpful throughout my review migration and theme integration process on my Shopify store using a legacy theme with custom product templates. He quickly identified that the issue was related to legacy widget rendering and manually updated the theme integration to correctly display the newer Judge.me review widget. He also helped troubleshoot product review rendering, media display issues, and custom template compatibility. The support was professional, patient, and technically knowledgeable.
