im struggling with the app, i cants seem to be able to see the clients reviews on the app

We’re sorry you’ve been having trouble seeing your customers’ reviews in the app. In most cases, reviews will only appear on the product page once the Review Widget is added to the theme through the Shopify theme editor. We shared step-by-step instructions and even a video walkthrough to make this easier, and we’re also happy to install it for you if you grant us temporary collaborator access. If you’re still experiencing difficulties, please feel free to reply to our email, we’ll gladly help you get everything working properly.
