I was stuck on the setup, kept getting errors, but on the chat Jess helped me out in just a few minutes. She even customised the color of their widget to match our site. Great service As far as using the app I haven't done this yet, but will soon send out review request to all our previous clients, which seems easy to do.

I would recommend this app as I have just set up my website and had a few reviews. I found this easy to use and integrate to my website. There is lots of other extras that you can use to benefit from and help with website reviews . Good customer support when needed and easy to use instructions

Iqor was amazing! He was so patient and just fixed the issue really quickly - he was so polite and kind throughout even though I took a little while to reply sometimes. Really grateful for such amazing service - thanks!

I'm new to this application but will say this about their support. THEY ARE BOTH HELPFUL AND EXSPEEDIENT. I was greeted quickly, was asked about what widgets I wanted, I asked back to explain them to me and was able to see a list of them all with their pricing and propose listed as well as having Pictures of how their products will look. Then I could make my own decision, and my wanted widgets were installed in the blink of an eye. With this type of service for free, I look forward to upgrading when I am ready. Yes, I highly Recommend
