Although I initially noticed some cons in the app and gave it a lower rating, the Judge.me team quickly reached out to address all of my concerns. They not only provided effective workaround solutions but also went above and beyond to help us with product review import/export, review mapping, and even created product groups on our behalf. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist made a huge difference. A huge thanks to Abdessadek for the exceptional support and guidance throughout the process! Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and appreciate the team’s dedication to ensuring everything works smoothly.
