Amazing customer service, I switched to Judge.me from another popular reviews app and this is so much more easy to navigate and customise.

I requested a chat and Ron came on. He was great. Very efficient and even made great suggestions. He really Got me up and going with a number of features I did not even realize i could have. He really showed me great feature of Judge.me.

the support rep was great, but Judge me needs to fix the previous order manual review request. It does not work! and the instructions and formatting requirements need to be better

Support is solid. App is pretty good. Of course I wish a few more features were free because we are just getting going and could use six months of additional features to help build traffic. But business is business.
