Great experience with this app. It skips customers who reviewed already, which was my concern, to avoid spamming our clients. It also lets you pick to send review request of 1 product only or all of them and you can select with reviews you would like to publish.

Abraão was amazing. I had some issues with code interfering with the widget and Abraão worked to help clean everything up, make it look exactly as I wanted, and it's working beautifully now. I am so thankful for his help otherwise I would have had a really messed up shop!! He really took the time to get it right - I wish all apps had this great of customer service.

Judge.me has been an amazing review app for my Shopify store. It’s super easy to set up, feature-rich, and blends perfectly with my store’s design. What I love the most is that my customers can leave reviews very easily and comfortably. Adding photos, rating products, and sharing feedback is quick and simple for them. If I could give 20 stars, I would! I had quite a few issues (not Judge.me fault) that I needed help with, and the customer service rep Abraão assisted with all of them. Abraão was VERY patient with me as I was new to this app. Went out of his way and out of the box with resolutions, ideas, and guidance. Out of all my years in business, I can honestly say he knocked it out of the park and is an example of what customers should expect. He is a superstar! I also had Abderrahman help with some loose ends, and he too was amazing! I was transitioning from another app that didn't give me the time of day, so this wonderfully positive experience confirms that I made the right decision in choosing Judge.me.
