This app is beyond worth it. Not only has it helped my business over the multiple years I’ve been using it, but the team behind this app are incredible. They are responsive, attentive and take feedback seriously. I had an issue with a feature and within a day of lodging my complaint, they had generated a fix for me. I will continue to be a user for years to come and this app is essential for online businesses.

I was using a well known review app that starts with a Y, ends with an O and has OTP in the middle for years. I've gotten more reviews from our customers with this app in the past two weeks than we did in an entire year from that app we were paying over 10X the cost for. I was scared to leave and lose our reviews, but they made switching over easy. So far 10/10 experience.
