Yesterday, I faced an issue with the Judge.me app on my store. Their team not only responded instantly, but they also accessed my store via collaborator access and fixed the problem themselves — all within an incredibly short time. I’ve never received this level of fast and dedicated support from any other Shopify app till now. Truly impressive! Their recent updates also look fantastic — the new review layout is clean, modern, and user-friendly. I’m really enjoying the improvements and looking forward to more elegant review listing designs in the future.
