Juge.me supports everything we could ask of a review platform. We had an issue where bots had left hundreds of bogus reviews that had tanked our ratings. Their team responded quickly and helped me get rid of the bot reviews restoring our rating!

How r u guys billing me i dont have your services
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the confusion regarding the billing. After reviewing your account, we found that the subscription continued after the free trial ended and remained active until the app was uninstalled, at which point it was automatically cancelled. We've confirmed that there are no active Judge.me subscription charges remaining on your store. We've also reached out to you several times by email and phone because we'd be happy to help resolve the billing concern, including offering a refund where applicable. Unfortunately, we haven't heard back yet. If you ever decide to get back in touch, our team will be more than happy to assist and make sure everything is resolved for you.
