Instant support, Binh went in to my code and fixed a display issue within 10 minutes, back up and working 100% recommended

We have only recently downloaded JudgeMe after using another, much more expensive, reviews platform. So still early days but so far it seems to offer more or less all of the same features. When I've had to reach out to the support team, I've had an instant response and resolution. Excellent value for money. The only part I've found to be a bit restrictive is only being able to pull in the last 100 posts from your social accounts to use within the Instagram Shopping Grid widget. I would also love to be able to use this widget on product pages but just show content related to the product you are viewing - you seem to be able to do this with the other widgets, just not this particular one! It'd be great to see this on the roadmap!

Just spent 2 hours trying to fix an issue on mobile render and 5 min with Jess, she fixed it. She also showed me where I wasn't looking and the service was great!

Awesome app!!! Pretty simple to use and customize! I was looking for a basic app that helps collect and publish shop testimonials (rather than product reviews). At first I hesitated about bringing in a sophisticated app but I am so glad I gave Judge.me a try! The great thing about this app is that it offers the basics (which is what I need at this stage) with the free plan, and the option to expand as my shop grows. Highly recommended!!!
