One of the worst app ever. After installing this, my seo dropdown and it leaves its remaining codes in the web which slow the proformance and down the seo of the web.

I'm editing my review because we keep running into the same issue over and over of our comments disappearing from our product page every 2-3 days and it happens during the most inconvenient time when we have higher traffic coming to the site off of viral Tik Tok videos. I've requested the team have the rep that knows how to fix this leave a note on our account so that other reps that get our ticket know how to fix quickly. This issue has made us consider switching to another review app.
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that the reviews disappeared during the most inconvenient time. Reviews play an important role in upselling a product so that shouldn't have happened. As for the root cause of the issue, as we haven't had an official integration with the page builder you're using, the API/custom code they used to display our widgets can be a bit unstable, but that can be fixed with a few lines of code. We have noted this internally and also shared with you the fix. Hope it helps!
don't use it will ruined your sales

It was working smoothly untill few days back. Now whenever I try to open it. Screen just blinking and nothing happen. I am getting many reviews on whatsapp. Earlier we had option to add review manually from admin section. Now I am not able to find that option too.
They changed my settings without our permission
The app itself is okay, but trying to get any support is terrible. Every month I am receiving newsletters advising of new features but I can't access them. When I try getting help, whether by chat or email, all I get is their useless AI bot giving me incorrect information, and when I click to say I need more help, absolutely nothing happens. This has to be one of the worst customer support experiences of any app I have used.
The free version was recently updated to remove functionality. New reviews do not publish unless you write in to ask for an app refresh. This isn't sustainable. The new layout looks horrible with microscopic font, and the section allowing you to increase the font size is now locked behind a paywall. Sales have decreased since this new app update, probably because of how the reviews section presents itself. I had been very happy with the Judgeme app, but now it's just another money grab.
Cannot import reviews as advertised, import has glitch.

Unresponsive customer service over what seems a simple fix. 2 inquires and nothing. Moving to another app, waste of my time.

this app was doing great for my site until it started creating false reviews. it was generating bad reviews about my products. had to uninstall. don't recommend

While bad reviews are unavoidable while running an online store, if they are not from actual customers, there are a couple of ways to prevent them. We offer the Web reviews restriction where you can limit the ability to leave a review to customers who receive a review request only. THIS IS NOT FREE! You have to pay to add your logo to emails or it will have a base template saying "add logo here" sent to your customers.
Hi there! Maybe there is a confusion here. Our four default email templates are completely free to use. In these default templates, we get the logo from your store automatically or you can upload the logo to Shopify and send us the URL. Our custom template is available on the Awesome plan ($15/month) and gives you more customization options. If you're looking to send review requests that have your logo and match your branding, the default templates will suffice. If you're looking to collect store reviews instead of product reviews, the custom template would work best. It didn't perform well and it does not have enough features like other review app does. It slows down the website. And I want a refund.

There is so much unnecessary. Moreover, why do those who comment and ask questions have to be members of my site? I don't want my clients to be bothered about it. I did not like.

I don't know how this app ever got 5 stars. I'm thinking they're fake reviews! I keep getting hammered by spammers writing reviews not even closely related to our business! There's no way to block them either! Here's an example of one spammer that submits these to our website multiple times per day: Armanda Bella wrote a review about Love Spell Premium Scented Candle In 8oz Jar love spells My Dear friends online, My name is Amanda Bella And i live in USA, ohio, I have to give this miraculous testimony, which is so unbelievable until now. I had a problem with my Ex husband 2 years ago, which led to our break up. I was not myself again, I felt so empty inside me, my love and financial situation became worse, until a close friend of mine told me about a spell caster who helped her in the same problem too. His name is Doctor Jude. I emailed the spell caster and I told him my problem and i did what he asked of me, to cut the long story short. Before I knew what was happening, less than two days later my husband gave me a call and told me that he was coming back to me. I was so happy to have him back.
