This app is really helpful for new customer and also for older ones who have shop from us in past even before 6 months you can manually sent them request. If customer is genuine and purchased from you in past. It will give verified tick. that what I liked most about this app.

I was having issues when translating my product description to other languages. I got immediate help during the whole weekend. It turned out my review rating was frozen with the translation when the translation took place and only accurate in the english original. Top Notch Customer service!
