Aroma idéntico e insuperable, buena duración, ayer me lo puse para salir de noche y hoy por la mañana me he despertado he cogido la ropa para meterla en la lavadora y seguia oliendo. En cuanto al envío todo perfecto, me llegó en el tiempo previsto 2-3 días hábiles (me llegó en 2 diás). Todo muy bien, muy contento con el trato, sin duda volveré.

Tenía un problema técnico que no podia solucionar con ninguna IA y su bot del chat lo ha solucionado en 1 segundo.

How to fix a customer's big mistake. Hakima was amazing helping me attach the reviews from a mistakenly deleting the product page attached to the reviews and adding them to the new product page! This was a HUGE help for me and the customers. Even though it was complicated (for me) Hakima was very patient and helpful :)
