Migrated from Yotpo to Judge.me. Lower cost and better design was the reason. Migration and set up was not difficult. My questions were answered by a somewhat competent AI agent, Oualid came online in an instant once iI requested to chat to a human. He gave correct advise and sorted my issues within 10 minutes.
