Judge.me Product Reviews App

I'm very non-techy and working on my first Shopify store = clueless! But the support team at Judge.me have been super helpful and very patient, so i would definitely recommend them, particularly if you are just starting out.

I really loved the support I received when I reached out to the customer service team. As we all know, its not about the product as much as its about having the support behind the product when issues come up. 5-stars!

Van in support is great, but the app is very complex and labor-intensive. As a small business, that's exactly the kind of thing to hand off to AI (though we would never use AI for creative tasks), but Judge.me doesn't work with Claude Chrome browser control and the API is read only, so we end up using only about half the functionality we'd like. Not sure how long we can stay with it if they don't update soon.

Easy to use app and Customer support is excellent , its immediate and helpful. Love this app!

I had pleasure of communicating with Ron today, My issue was I could not figure out why my reviews were not appearing, Ron was quick to resolve my problem through the collaborator access, a great asset to Judge me. Thank you for your service Ron

So far, so good. You just have to go through the setup to make sure you're fully set up and everything is working properly. It's sent out to my previous customers, and I just got my first review.
