Felix was incredibly helpful and professional. I had been troubleshooting the Star Rating Badge for hours removing, reinstalling, republishing and nothing worked. He quickly identified the issue inside the theme collaboration settings and fixed everything properly, including adjusting the star colors to match my brand. He truly cared about solving the problem and made sure everything was working perfectly on the live site. Excellent support experience.

Van was absolutely wonderful to work with. She resolved my theme compatibility issue quickly and ensured both the review widget and star rating were installed perfectly. Her response time was impressive, and she communicated clearly every step of the way. I genuinely felt taken care of. Excellent technical support and customer service.

Felix from the Judge.me team was incredibly helpful. He assisted me with setting up my widget and guided me through how to use the app effectively. A few little glitches on the installation. Better to contact Judge.me directly than use Shopify’s Sidekick at this point. Great service to resolve my issues.

Judge.me is fairly straightforward to use and their help articles are actually useful. And when we have to reach out to support, they've been able to help us promptly and quickly.

We’ve been using Judge.me for several months now and have been very happy with the experience. It was extremely easy to set up and integrates seamlessly with our store. The platform offers a wide range of features that make collecting, managing, and displaying reviews both simple and effective. We’ve encountered very few issues during our time using it, and whenever we’ve needed assistance, the support team has been excellent. They’re responsive and efficient — Daniel in particular did a great job helping us resolve an issue quickly.
