J’ai récemment installé l’application Judge.me. Rencontrant certaines difficultés techniques, j’ai sollicité l’assistance via le support automatisé. Un technicien, Abraão, a rapidement pris en charge ma demande. Après lui avoir accordé un accès limité à ma boutique, il a résolu le problème avec efficacité et professionnalisme en moins de 15 minutes. Je tiens à le remercier sincèrement pour sa réactivité et son amabilité.
