The AI agent is pretty good but Lorenzo from support was very helpful and helped me get an important edit done. Support for judge.me is reliable and I find the app very useful.

I’ve used Judge.me for a few months on my Shopify store Emergency Gear Backpack. The app is easy to set up, works smoothly, and the customer support team is incredibly responsive — they replied to my questions almost instantly. I’ve temporarily uninstalled the app to reduce third-party script loading and improve my store’s Core Web Vitals performance. Once the optimization phase is complete, I plan to reinstall it again. Overall, a great review system with reliable support and solid integration with Shopify. Thank you
