Judge.me Product Reviews App

Customer service is great, responds really fast. A team that really understands customer requests and updates accordingly.

Had issues importing files, however their support went above and beyond in helping me out. Great service! Worth it.

It's a Sunday weekend. I installed the Judge.me Product Reviews app on my store. Had a challenge with setting it up. I deleted it. I received an email from the apps support team asking to help me if I deleted it because I have some problems. Long story short, I reinstalled the App and the support staff helped me setup the review widget and it appeared beside my store products. All these happened within a very short time with clear and personable communication. When I use the app to obtain Reviews from my customers, I'll add extra comments to this review. Judge.me has been great so far. Even with the free plan I can get what I need done for now. I may upgrade at a later point when revenue justifies for more functionality and features.

The team is not only responsive to any changes that are requested, but go beyond that by even sometimes offering additional help (eg: helping edit theme codes to make the review display better). 100% recommend this app

Excellent app with great support — just one feature I really wish for Judge.me is a fantastic app. It’s easy to use, flexible, and their support team (especially Andrew!) is incredibly helpful and responsive. One feature I’d really love to see is the ability to manually mark reviews as Verified directly in the admin panel — not just rely on automatic order-email matching. Being able to do this would greatly improve trust and conversions, especially in Western markets where shoppers care a lot about authenticity. Hope this gets added soon!
