Ron is an outstanding representative who went above and beyond helping me get started on my store with judge.me There are a lot of apps out there for shopify users but very few provide the attention and service like Ron and judge.me I highly recommend this app and thank you Ron for your help!!

Ron was insanely helpful tonight. I was stuck trying to figure out how I can setup the app on my website and I could not figure it out. He was so kind to help me modify the code and set it up for me! Super sweet person and patient. Resolved all my issues really quickly and you can tell that they enjoy what they do. Would definitely recommend the app.

I just installed Judge.me. I was able to import my reviews from a deprecated reviews app seamlessly. I then needed to install the widgets to display the reviews and Andrew was helpful, and did all the work within minutes. I know I could have done it myself, but it would have taken a lot longer. He even used my brand colors to customize the display of the reviews. Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m truly blown away by how supportive and helpful the team is. I initially thought I wouldn’t receive much support since I’m on the free plan, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not only were all my problems fixed, but the team was also incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything step by step. The customer service is 10/10, I can't wait to upgrade to their paid plan. Thank you so much, Leandro and Ann!
