Justuno ha sido una herramienta muy importante para nosotros. En Banners, Pop Ups y AI la parte de reglas y de diseño supera por mucho otras de las opciones mas económicas, ya que hemos podido hacerlo de forma muy personalizada, para que la experiencia del usuario sea muy amigable y efectiva. Recomendamos contratar con la parte de "Professional Services" ya que la atención y servicio de nuestra ejecutiva Marley ha sido EXTRAORDINARIA. Marley ya entiende nuestras necesidades, modelos de negocio y el L&F de la marca y nos ayuda de forma impecable. Si es una plataforma algo cara para nosotros, pero creemos que la personalización de la experiencia y lo profesional que se ve lo vale.

We compared several vendors and JustUno has by far the most capabilities for popups email capture and targeting with very reasonable pricing. Miranda has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we have seen such impressive gains already in terms of metrics that we recently upgraded to the silver plan.

We were told Justuno is simply the best at pop-ups and we are having great success with their team. In particular Miranda is a superstar and incredibly helpful. She looks at the account in a holistic way and helps the entire ecosystem by making sure all integrations are optimized. To have a Senior Customer Success Strategist who cares and helps get the most out of Justuno is very precious to us. We highly recommend Justuno !

Miranda Galindo has been absolutely amazing. She is kind, fun to work with, very insightful, and provides a lot of helpful suggestions that produce results. Our original CSM left the company and we, unfortunately, received a new CSM that wasn't very attentive. However, we requested a new CSM and were placed with Miranda - we couldn't be happier with the switch. We love the Justuno platform and learn something new that we can achieve almost every day through JU.

This app has completely changed the customer experience on our website. There is always something new to A/B test, implement and optimize within the Just Uno platform! Our Senior Customer Success Strategist, Miranda, has been such a pleasure to work with. She is super knowledgeable and has really helped us so much in building out the strategy + implementation of our campaigns. She is always on top of quickly responding and answering any questions we have. I definitely recommend this brand!

JustUno is more than a pop up builder — it's a very sophisticated platform for personalizing customer experiences at important touchpoints. The rulesets can be extremely granular and we've utilized this tool to improve conversions for several initiatives. SJ, our rep, is extremely knowledgeable, curious and helpful. Working with her is a dream because she just "gets it". Together, we've been a/b testing, improving and implementing experiences across the board, and we have been really happy with the results! Highly recommend this tool to any marketer that wants to make informed decisions and deliver results.

I've been working with Miranda on the JustUno Plus program and we have nearly doubled our lead capturing in just over a month. Our cart abandonment has decreased 50% and our engaged conversions increased roughly 15%. We're now looking to increase AOV and CAC. Highly recommend Miranda and Yuno, from the JustUno Plus team for better communication with your website traffic.
