I worked with several pop up apps and this one gave me BY FAR the greatest capabilities, functionality, design options and statistics reporting (even A/B testing!). There is a slight learning curve when creating custom designs but their support was always available when I needed them - responsive by email, phone (!) and chat. It's everything I need to create pop ups for our newsletter sign up and sales AND I'm still on the FREE plan! Justuno is the most comprehensive and customizable Pop Up app that we've found so far. I'd recommend them to any company that's building an ecommerce site via Shopify.

Justuno has been amazing so far. Their level of templating and customization has been far superior to other options out there. And the customer service is prompt and super helpful. Edit: After months of use, and hundreds of questions, the customer support with Jenna is absolute top-notch. Also, the recent updates (March 2017) are worth every penny. The ability to auto-add a discount code to a Shopify checkout is really great.

We've been JU customer for about 18 months - even before we replatformed on Shopify... JU by far has the most powerful targeting engine; the ability to include or exclude visitors based on geo, logged in, prior interactions, items in cart, referrer source, etc -- yeah other popup services can do some of this, but nobody has it as deep as justuno. Support is fantastic. And they are ALWAYS making it better... Month after month, extra enhancements that are always welcome. Just discovered that we can use a link or button to fire a subscribe popup. Just like Leadpages! This is powerful stuff.

Support for this app is the best I've experienced. The justuno team is very responsive to questions and are helpful to provide tips for our campaigns. I haven't really explored all the possibilities you can do with this app, because there's just so many things you can do with pop ups and so many possible campaigns. From the one campaign we did run, we saw a 30-40% jump in facebook likes over the course of two months. The conditional logic is really what makes this app stand out. Having the ability to control the conditions and when the pop up appears is super powerful, allowing you to minimize spamming your customers and even lowering the cost for a campaign, such as increasing social shares/likes.

Only been using this for a couple of weeks now but its a great app. The guys down there have been really helpful getting me set up and explaining how it all works with different promtions.. I used a different app before but this one is night and day better!
