We love the app. It does take time to learn and get it right, and sometimes I actually don't get it. It says somewhere that support is available only on the paid version, but I sent an email anyway and received outstanding support. Fast, detailed, and the support person even created some options on my popups and sent me a video showing what they do. I know this is a robust app and we look forward to growing our store and using justuno even more.

Love the design. It's uncluttered, modern and easy to use. I'd recommend this app for those who like simplicity and non-complicated integrations.

For a first time use: a little confusing figuring out how to use all the tools to customize the pop ups. Nothing you can't figure out from messing around; i just wish it had a clearer guide. And I don't like that i can't set the same promotional pop up to be both for desktop and mobile. But other than that very effective.

Without any doubt, Justuno is the best "popup" tool. You won't find any tool that can personalize as mach as Justuno does.

This app is amazing from inside out. Firstly they have a truly amazing free plan to start with. Secondly about features; spot on. Very easy to setup and no errors. I tried few apps earlier but this app replaced few apps altogether. The dashboard is awesome, they provide detailed information to analyze. Integration with MailChimp and Analytics made my job very easy. I recommend for every store owner. Thanks for the team.

So far so good. Pricing seems good and experience has been good. I've also used Privy but switched because JustUno had A/B testing included in their price while Privy was MUCH more expensive for that feature.

Works well enough. The interface is a bit cumbersome, but after working with it for a bit it's easy enough.
