I couldn't be happier with Justuno. It does just what it says it will: converts visitors into fans you can stay in touch with (it also helps reduce shopping cart abandonment). It's a great app, but here's the real reason I'm writing this review: I had some trouble setting the app up and the Justuno team members went out of their way to ensure that it displayed and functioned correctly. Erik, Travis, and Corey just couldn't be more helpful (I'm sure there are other folks who are just as great, but those are the three people I spoke with). Great app, great support. What more could you want?

The JUSTUNO app is worth its weight in gold. We've saw our conversion rates soar once it was installed. We've played around with different offers and features; and are never disappointed. It's quick and easy. I've emailed customer service with questions or additional features and get a fast, well thought out response. Set it up-- you'll have it working in a few minutes-- then sit back and watch the sales convent.

I like it! It was easy to install...does what it says it will do...wasn't sure if the coupon was showing up so I called their support and the guy who answered ran me through it and we got it all sorted out.
