Very bad Support. I am waiting over a week for help. They reply after 1 day only write 1 sentence and are offline again for a day.

Great service with explanation and videos in the chat! Very helpful, friendly and extensive. They show you exactly what to do step by step.

Update: this app used to be very good but the support is not responsive even after 4 days of waiting. It's hard to reach them although it is mentioned they are available every day. I have checked the chat logs and emails even spam folder and nothing! Very sad to see good apps like this lower their level of customer service after some time. Might switch to another app soon since the app is also throwing an error in our theme. Old review Sep 2022: This app is very easy to work with and has lots of features. The support team is fantastic!! Highly recommend it

Nice app. Work as expected. We use it in several stores. We had some problems with synchronization between store, but developer solve it quickly. Five starts for support.

Your app won't open. What's going on?/////??????There is a big problem with their app, now all the size charts don't show up, is their company out of business?
We're so sorry for the disruptions! We fixed the problem and the issue should now be fully resolved. The issue was caused by a technical error on our servers triggered by the Shopify Admin outage earlier today. Unfortunately, this happened during our teams' offline hours, so it took longer to discover and fix than we would normally expect. Please reach out to us if you're still experiencing problems - our support team is online and standing by.

The size chat is great, but I can not find a way to contact with your team. I have a problem about the size quick view, it has no effect in my current theme, but I can not get any help. Also, this app will distort the pictures when you use the Shopify theme Avenue

This app was super useful for setting up size charts for a wide variety of different product types in our store. Our previous app was tag-based, which was not sustainable for our company. Kiwi uses condition-based product matching which is super easy and logical to set up; now we can leave everything be and new products will automatically have size charts with no extra work. The charts themselves are highly customizable and intuitive to make, and the built-in app features allow you to place the size chart link anywhere you'd like on your product pages with ease. I tested several size chart apps before finding Kiwi, and Kiwi checked off all of our boxes and was clearly the best option out there!

Perfect for our requirement. We need to insert custom size charts for our products and this works well for us. Very intuitive setup and configuration.

The app seems good, but I really cant use it, because after installing it, it messes up the product pictures on the product page of my theme. The pictures of the featured products become very streched and ugly, which brings negative experience to our customers. I contacted support and provided detailed explanation from where the problem comes, but never got a response after that if they plan to fix this issue. Really pitty, because I want to use the app and the recommender option, but since the support is not answering and providing a fix of this issue, I have to look for another app.

Kiwi helps us a lot! We can set a size table for products separately or in units. Besides, the support team is really nice, they assist you patiently and try different solutions to reach our expectations. Recommend Kiwi to whom search for a sizing app.

This is a relatively simple app that can add a lot of benefit to your customers while buying! I was able to set up a dynamic size recommender in under an hour and ZACH answered all my questions through the web chat when I ran into any snags! Would recommend this APP FOR SURE!

Although we've been loving this app for a year now, it suddenly stopped working. Big display issues, and analytics data not available for the past 2 months, although we're on the ultimate plan. I have contacted support 8 days ago. They said to be looking at the issue, but I haven't heard back, or got any update on the progress. We rely heavily on this app for our store and will have to pause our ads. I will of course edit this review as soon as I get an update. We will be waiting in the meantime. Please improve your communication in the support/tech team. Thank you. EDIT 1: After being assigned to Luci from tech support, getting nowhere in 8 days, having days with no replies, and me leaving a 1 star review, I had a message from another support member, Zach. He actually listened, ask a couple questions and was able to fix one of the issues in like 3 minutes. I felt heard for the first time here. Now I'm waiting for the second issue to be solved, but this gives me hope! Thanks Edit 2 (April 14th): It's now been 2 weeks and still no solution found on the other bug (all data analytics lost from January). The tech team is still working on their bug. We will have to move forward without this.

I should note here, just as a word of caution, that it may take them a few days to diagnose the problem, and if it is indeed a bug you're experiencing, we won't be able to provide an estimated timeline for a fix since there are too many unknown factors which could complicate that work. However, we will stick with it and keep you posted no matter how it goes. This app is AWESOME! The functionality is great, they provide templates if you don't know how to structure one yourself, or you can upload custom images if you are more experienced. w/ designing the charts. It automatically converts inches and centimeters for you. The customer service is probably what is most impressive. Super attentive & responsive.
