Size recommendations are inaccurate. How can I improve? I put all the measurements and set it up correctly I believe. Please help

We had a look at other size guide apps, and found Kiwi to be the best. Support is fast and helpful. The app isnt perfect yet, but I'm sure these guys are working hard to make even better.

The customer service was super helpful. I had a problem with merging size charts into one table with different tabs, in Kiwi. They assisted me in figuring it out by providing step-by-step instructions and even shooting a video clip demonstrating each step. Thank you so much! I highly recommend the Kiwi App for your store.

Update April 2023: After a painful period back and forth for several weeks the issue mysteriously was resolved. We are concerned about reliability as they did not seem to have actually done anything to correct it. Jan 2023: 1 Star Review We have used it for 4 years without issue, but since January it has stopped working on Mobile for users using safari. We have clearly reported this to support multiple times and get a "works fine on our end" response, but our testing and customer reports indicate it is not working. If they pay attention to other reviews there is an issue that has been introduced to the software recently. They don't seem to care and we will find another solution unfortunately.

I think it's important to note that your issues on mobile have very different roots from the other issues commonly reported in recent reviews (we're working very hard to resolve those, too!). I believe a communication error within our team resulted in the seemingly indifferent responses to your reports. That isn't acceptable, and I apologize for it. I've addressed those problems and will be overseeing this case personally until we resolve it. Customers service is not really good and not really available... The app is cool but complicated. Hope they will increase...

Awesome app with tons of features. Has really helped curb returns for sizing issues as well as increase orders due to giving my customers more confidence in their size selections. Great customer service as well! Prompt and professional.

Easy to start using and build guides and recommenders. Initially had a hard time getting attention from the customer support, but they have improved since. Looking forward to see impact of better size guiding.

stopped working during the busiest time of year!! BFCM! no support after hours , had to switch fast to another app as we were losing sales. What a joke.

on the busiest time of the year (black friday) app decides to crash, have no access to the back end and charts take forever to load on product pages. Definitely ditching this app as soon as possible!

It's ok to use and does what it promises. It is very unfortunate that it does not support multilingual use - not even the native version. Shame.

We've been using this app for many months now. It was reliable up until we started to have issues on some products. The support has been really bad, they've been dragging us for one week to solve the issue, and it's not even solved yet !! We opened many tickets and it's starting to hurt our business as customers cant find the size guide they are looking for and we are not being able to edit any guides on the back office.. Errors everywhere! We are seriously thinking to switch to another app you should too if you'r reading this!

Very bad Support. I am waiting over a week for help. They reply after 1 day only write 1 sentence and are offline again for a day.
