Love this app! Makes our size charts look professional and love that we can customize the look to match our brand! Also, customer service is responsive and excellent!

Since we installed this app, the numbers of questions regarding the sizes have decreased a lot ! The recommender is more than 95% correct with every datas we put ! Support is very great too, fast and efficient ! Thanks a lot !

Update Apr 26: Hannes reached out and the team did their best to recreate the charts for me. I appreciated this, but it did take 2 months with several communication issues such as support team members missing my messages. Seems like they are trying to improve their support process-I'm hoping to see this and thanks again. ------------------ Decent size chart app with the slowest support I've ever seen. The team might as well be on Mars with their responses that take days. I migrated from woocommerce and they screwed up my charts in the process and deleted the original ones including the template. Now if they can't fix it, I have to recreate a dozen charts from scratch. It's costing me sales. Please hire competent people.

I have been hoping for an app like this for 20 years! Glad to see you have continued to develop and improve it! Just plugged into my store last week and have found it to be well built. I have 48 sku's in my bras and need to figure out the calculator recommender - but so pleased thus far!

Customer service is excellent. I wasn't able to get the issue resolved because of the holiday, but they still had a live person to assist ma and assure me that I will get help first thing the next day.

I have tried a few other apps, but this one is the best I found for easily adding size charts to products. Easy integration into product tabs with Tabs by Station also. Lots of help from support too. I would definitely recommend.

This is app looks a little intimidating when you first view it, however looks can be deceiving. I was able to customize my size chart in no time. I did run into trouble it was very minor. Help was on the way and my problem got resolved very quickly. I recommend this app. This size chart is great for my online boutique

Excellent app but the Brazilian bra sizes are missing from the advanced size recommendation. Do you have any plans to include Brazilian bra sizes?

App sounds good in theory but having installed it over a week ago am having problems. I've reached out to support 3 times now, both in app chat and via email, and no-one is getting back to me re set-up troubleshooting. **Update to the above, after acknowledging customer service glitch app support were very reactive to my setup questions and even gave me a discount for the trouble. App itself is working well and so far happy with it. Kudos for to the team for turning around a problem situation.

We are a DTC brand selling dresses in 8 sizes. Since we provide the best fit for our dresses we also want recommend correct size upon the model of the dress chosen by our customer and Kiwi is perfect for that. You can easily make adjustments for each dress depending of the modell, fit and the fabric so the recommendation will be perfect for the customer. It works very well and we never had any problems.

Best size chart app in all shopify apps, look no further because kiwi size chart is the most advanced size chart in all shopify , you cannot imagine how you can create stuff with this size chart. its fully customizable and if you need anything customer support will help right away with anything. this app will help avoid return and exchanges for sure!!!

okay here is my true honest review.. when I first got the app I had a bit of complications, but then support got a hold of me instantly and helped me TREMENDOUSLY! ANYONE who says in their reviews that they do not care or help is a liar... they helped me with my problem and solved it for me instantly. I said it before and ill say it again this is a really great app! when I first installed it, it made me really happy to see all the features that were shown available for customizing it. I made such a stunning chart that suits the theme of my site almost PERFECTLY! the colors you can choose, fonts that are available, different themes and sizes to choose from...this app is with the pay! im so truly grateful for the support team for helping me through my outcome when I had lost the theme I created. I definitely recommend leaning to them whenever you have a problem or misunderstanding how certain things on the app work. lastly, I just wanted to say that I will keep this app on my site and will be recommending it to other folks I know who are in the clothing business industry...
