Klaviyo is hands down one of the most powerful email and SMS platforms available for Shopify. The segmentation, automation, and data depth are best-in-class. When it’s set up properly, it can absolutely drive meaningful revenue. That said, it really shines only if you have someone actively managing it. To get full value, you need consistent flow optimization, campaign strategy, list hygiene, testing, and performance monitoring. It’s not a “set it and forget it” tool, it rewards attention and strategy. I’d also love to see more flexibility in the pricing structure. When performance fluctuates month-to-month, the fixed pricing model can feel slightly disconnected from results. A structure that better reflects engagement or revenue impact would make it even stronger. Overall, it’s still the best tool in the space hands down, just make sure you’re ready to invest the time (or team) to unlock its full potential.

Klaviyo offers a ton of great features and powerful tools, especially for building flows and creating segments. The in-app designer is stable, intuitive, and easy to work with, and the documentation is clear and helpful when you need guidance. I’ve found the platform overall very easy to use, and I really enjoy the classes — they’re informative and well done. The CSM reps I’ve worked with have also been very helpful.

Klaviyo kan åbenlyst en masse ting, men hvis man har unikke domæner tilknyttet sine markeder i Shopify market og har brug for at sende flows og mails ud til kunder i de forskellige markeder så kan man kun gøre det fra et branded mail domain. Det virker besynderligt i 2026 at få besked om at købe 4 x Klaviyo konti, når man har samlet sine markeder i Shopify netop for kun at have 1 webshop. Alternativt foreslog Klaviyo også at jeg kunne få en udvikler til at lave et helt setup. Det så meget indviklede og meget dyrt ud. I øvrigt har jeg fra "Klaviyo" ekspert og selveste Gemini fået at vide at det godt kan lade sig gøre, men det kan det ikke når man så står med problemet og ønsker det løst.

Scammers! I was charged $390 when suppose to be $45 They mislead your in their settings that you wont be charged if you exceed your limit, but you will be so be careful! There conversions metrics are also highly exaugurated. Out of 12 conversions they claim i manage to confirm only 3. Go to other services llike PushOwl, do not use this scammers!

You don't pay for suppressed profiles, but you retain their data so you can understand the actions they took. Absolute scammers! BE CAREFUL with this guys! I setup in my Klaviyo settings not to be charged if i exceed my limit of $45 plan. I was assured by their support that i will not and then after just 30 days they were about to charge me more than $600 Thankfully i found out before the charge and canceled the service! Do not trust their settings. They purposly play with words to trick you thinking the "stop" in their settings is for the "profile and email" plan, but its only for the emails and if you exceed that limit you will be charged, in my case a LOT! Scammers, do not trust their support too! btw, they also show you misleading conversions - claiming the conversion is made from Klaviyo when it's clearly from other source and Klaviyo email was not even opened by the customer!

Found this to be far better than Mailchimp and they seem to be always improving the features and have so many options to customize your email design. I love how easy it is to set-up A/B tests, the integrations, the analytics, and the new AI tools as well, not to mention incredible customer service if you ever have an issue (or in my case, accidentally permanently delete something).

Aside from the fact that it is kinda expensive from what it offers, most of the services offered like help desk, reviews and email are all mediocre and mostly only offer basic features. It is also unneccessarily complex to setup at first. Once you do the initial setup, it is mostly fine to use but I would not rely on it for anything other than email maketing.

trying to set up 10% discount pop up for my shopify website has been a bit tricky. thought it was finished when a pop up says "Klaviyo onsite tracking must be enabled on your website to display your form." support says it needs to be done from the shopify website, shopify support says it needs to be done in klaviyo. It started off easy

I followed explicit instructions from Klaviyo support to resolve a configuration issue. That guidance resulted in service interruption and an accelerated billing cycle. Despite clear communication records, this is now being treated as a “customer-initiated change.” This is extremely disappointing and uncomfortable as a paying customer. I hope Klaviyo will review support-led actions more responsibly.

We switched to Klaviyo in order to use Email Marketing & SMS within one app and it has been such a smooth transition. We love the ease of use that the app offers as well as the customer service. We frequently attend their seminars and find their articles and resources very helpful.
