We've recently migrated our large subscriber list from an another ESP over to Klaviyo to use with Shopify. Klaviyo have been super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and the migration has been pretty seamless. Live chat have been a great help advising on best practices and tips to improve our deliverability.

Klaviyo is worth every single cent. I was worried I wouldn't get my money's worth but it is just incredible. The revenue we make just from our flows covers the monthly fee. Fantastic app and I highly recommend it. We are small business and the insight that we get from the Klaviyo team is so valuable.

We are committed to building a community with our customers and making personal connections; Klaviyo supports both objectives. t has helped grow from near zero to a 8 figure company. As we have grown, we have seen Klaviyo continually improve its offerings, taking advantage of new technology and changes in the marketplace. And their support has been terrific throughout. We consider Klaviyo to be an essential partner in our buienss.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! Also, Beware if you use their SMS, you are putting your company at compliance risk. This last issue is our final straw with them. They locked (disabled) our account automatically for uploading a list of email addresses that were legally collected from an event we were involved with. So if you don't mind risking your account being shut down until one of their "customer service" reps gets to your ticket within a few days, by all means give them a try. If you want to have a reliable e-mail service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Très bien , il faut qd meme un peu de temps pour bien prendre la machine en main .. je regrette juste que la gestion de la langue ne soit pas intégré . par exemple que si le visiteur de mon site séléctionne la langue allemande , et bien que j'ai un trigger qui redirige vers mon contenu écrit en allemand !

So easy to use and personally, I think it's far superior than constant contact. The tech ability is far greater which will come with a learning curve, but once things start to click, you'll look at your old email service like it's from the 50s. Worth every penny!

I'm a small business signed up to a PAID plan but cannot use Klaviyo because I simply cannot get any support at all. I've tried for weeks to get some basic onboarding assistance. Every time I manage to get a meeting booked in with someone from Klaviyo, they always cancel either at the very last minute or whilst I'm waiting for them to attend the meeting. They don't seem to cater for the Australian market (ie. all meeting times are US based) and I suspect that's why their 'support' team consistently cancel when the meeting is even close to AUS business hours (Note: I've even tried to attend in their own time zone however and still been stood up). A lot of time and money wasted so far with no result.
