I can't believe it! My account became inactive within just two days, and it keeps logging me out and crashing while I'm using it. I contacted their support team, but they're blatantly ignoring me. They've read my emails and haven't bothered to reply. Their team is incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. I am beyond furious! I have received zero assistance, and they are wasting my time. I urgently need this problem resolved, but I'm not getting any help!!!
Matt Widders is a very good support guru who excels as a doer, and listener and teacher. His patience, ability to simplify complex Klaviyo concepts and jargons, his step-by-step approach makes him a very good customer support person. He has a good ability to remain calm even when Im asking him many questions. This patience translates into his teaching style. He takes the time to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that I understood him. His step-by-step approach is particularly noteworthy. 10 stars Matt!

I was initially hesitant to try Klaviyo due to the negative reviews, especially regarding their support. However, my experience has been quite the opposite. I started with the free plan, and their support was excellent, with quick responses. I'm now on a paid plan and very satisfied with the product.
Klaviyo is an amazing CRM tool. And more than anything, the support you receive when you have challenges is absolutely outstanding.
Simple integration and Outstanding Customer Service/Live Chat.
Customer service poor. After months of use, account suspended with no notification as to why. At least 5 days later and we're still waiting on indication despite website stating 24-48 hours for reviews to be conducted. Multiple attempts made to lodge a ticket and, only after trial and error experimenting with drop down menus, were able to succeed (Klaviyo has no option to contact support direct via email). During this time, two email enquiries also made to sales email address with no response yet received. Otherwise a great tool, but as a business heavily reliant on email marketing, the automated bot responses in place of actual support is crippling. For what is a professional tool that charges accordingly, professional level support and clarification should be expected.
This is the best meat and SMS service ever. They even offer a review service now.

Wow! What an application! Takes a little bit of time to adjust to, but overall really excellent. Once you get the hang of it, you are flying. Additionally, the support is amazing. Specific call out to Caro & Estera who were both super attentive, knowledgeable and kind. One thing that I would like to mention is that the option to edit the header spacing on mobile needs some improvement. Nonethelss, love this app :)

Alexandria D was an incredible support! The amount of time she spent with me and her level of patience were so greatly appreciated. She spoke to me slowly and at a base level to make sure I understood each step. She even went a step further to use metaphors from her own experience working retail to help me better understand some flow triggers I was having some confusion with. A dreadful, user-unfriendly app. It seems like you need a degree in computer science just to navigate the basics. For example, I wanted to create header links in the welcome series template but no obvious option to do so anywhere. So I saved that email into templates, and again, no apparent way of adding header links in the header bar. I thought it would be very simple to do this but apparently not. On top of that there is NO support for newcomers, they just robotically refer you to irrelevant articles that don't answer the question. I also heard that when you do have a paid plan for support that some of the subscribers are having lots of issues with it. A nasty app, stay away.
Thanks for your comments and we're sorry you're having trouble with header links. When you click on the header bar in your email template, a menu will show up on the left side of your screen. In the content section, you can add links for the header bar and set the font, color, size, etc. Hope that helps!
