**September 2023** Customer service became so slow AND NOT wiling to deep-dive to help, just to close tickets** I have realized I lost thousands euros, thousands!! In people not being able to go properly into the welcome flow. I have raised concerns, but support answered there were no issue. I decided to try by myself with a new mail address and I haven't received the welcome mail! I was right, and I had to be extremely pissed towards the support so that they decided to escalade the issue internally, explaining that indeed there was an issue, but the pain is here, thousands euros lost in welcome flow. My business is at risk, terrible.

Our return rate has increase by more than 20% the flows have reduced our expenditure and fragmentation of experience by 3 apps into 1 (reviews, back in stock and EDM) all now in Klaviyo. We have been able to make the first steps towards subscriptions with reminder flows.

A useful app, but the support is terrible, clueless. 24/7 support is a fib. If you have an issue leading into a weekend you are stranded until Monday US time, which for me in Australia meant 4-5 days from problem Friday morning (a computer glitch) to solution Tuesday morning. An apology is fine, but some compensation would have made this bitter pill easier to swallow.

They seem to have bots that create fake subscribers, increase your amount of contacts and force you to an higher price plan. Oh, and you need to get the higher price plan in order to reach customer support. Avoid at all point if you don't want to waist your time.
Klayvio has been our go-to email provider for years! The interface isn't the fastest, but the analytics and ease of use is incredible.

I have been selling items online for over 20 years now. Klaviyo is by far the best in Email marketing. I have used them for about 5 years now :)

When I closed my Klaviyo account I forgot to close the subscription form as well, and now that I can't log in to my account anymore, this forms popup is still showing up in my store! It is gonna hijack my user information.

Very bad, almost lost customer service. When we have a problem, it is difficult to get any help. And for live chat, wait for long and long time, waste my time! And it is expensive, very expensive!
This does take time to get used to and you certainly can't take off without doing some of the initial training (which is excellent), but all good things come with time and what I can't fault Klaviyo on is their gold star customer support. I'm not sure what I would have done without Larry in recent weeks! With simple flows in place and meaningful newsletters sent to customers, a decent portion of my income is now being generated thanks to Klaviyo and, with all they have to offer, the sky really is the limit. Crucial for businesses of all size & experience.

If I could give Klaviyo 6 stars I would. 1. The product. It's just amazing how it's improved our business results. I'd say 30% a month extra sales from sign-up incentives, shopping funnel drop off redirects and newsletters. Things we were never doing before. 2. The support team are amazing. Australia has a support office in Sydney and I had 3 x hr long vid calls which started as a demo and turned into Ben helping me get Klaviyo up and running for our business. Now the hard part... it isn't easy if you're new to this type of marketing (which I am) but with about 3-4 days to really throw myself into it and with Ben's help we've built a cracking new revenue stream for our business. TBH, even with the great tutorials and tech support, without that 1:1 support I'm not sure I would have cracked it. I did an email in about an hour on Friday morning and as of Monday morning it's generated over $15k in incremental sales (with av shopping basket of $350). Of course... we had a substantial data base to start from which we'd never leveraged before, but without this program that money was just sitting on the table - someone else's.

Probably the best and most helpful customer service of any of the Shopify integrations we've used. Very in depth management of email marketing. We've seen a steady increase in our interaction metrics since switching to Klaviyo.

We've been using Klaviyo for a few years and it's awesome. It's fairly easy to use and for anything that we struggle with, their support is fantastic. We recommend this app for anyone looking for detailed analysis of the behavior of their customers on their mailing list.

Installing this app was the root of all disasters, basically no service, brought my website down, lost thousands of dollars in ad dollars, my website was grayed out and stuck, couldn't click on any pages, the fees were extremely expensive, When you increase email activities, he doesn't even have any reminder to increase the fee, and directly upgrades your fee in the bill. Rogue behavior, opaque charges, stay away from klaviyo, is away from disaster.
