Great email marketing app at reasonable price for value derived. I have only just started scratching the surface as there's a lot deeper I can go with analytics and insights. They make it really easy to set up automatic flows for communication with customers which is excellent.

I do not know why they have to keep it so hard to cancel the subscription. I've been trying to cancel the subscription for a month and I am still going to be charged for the next month. Stay away from this app.

We used to use other email marketing apps but Klaviyo is the best we found so far. Even though the pricing is a little steep, it's great support team and automation, tracking and smart sending functions definitely make up for it.

I just sent my first campaign email out and so far so good! This app seems to have all the functions a business would need for email marketing. I recommend it!

Klaviyo has made it super easy for us to send out well designed order confirmations and updates at first and then build out campaigns and segmented post-purchase flows. Designing emails has been as easy as it should be (shouldn't be too easy) and we have not needed any additional onboarding or much support. When we did need support, the team at Klaviyo has been extremely quick and helpful.

Update 6/9 I'm incredibly grateful to one of the support agents (Matt) who has helped me night and day since Sunday and even worked in the evenings after work hours to help me resolve this. My campaigns are now functioning as they should, but the Klaviyo popup is still showing an error message on my website when people try to sign up. I'm waiting on the development team to send an update as I've been told they are working on fixing it. I also have been told from outside sources that Klaviyo used to have amazing support but they grew too fast and are having trouble training qualified people for their support team to keep up with their growth, which makes sense. Hopefully they can hire more people like Matt who gets the job done. Update 6/8 is that they reached out to me and are helping get it all fixed. Fortunately there is one support agent who has really saved the day for me. Still waiting to get it functioning correctly but he helped me with some of the main problems. Hopefully the problem with the popup will be fixed by their dev team soon. I love this app in theory, and their people are generally really nice. But it is really difficult to achieve anything due to their refusal to do onboarding phone support. After several weeks I have spent countless hours trying to get my campaigns live and working correctly. Support people are really trying to help but the results are not there. Nothing is working like it should. I've been studying their guides night and day, literally it is all I have done. But it doesn't have complete information so you are left stuck with no answers. The worst part is that support people are nice but not fully trained themselves, so they give you the wrong solution that doesn't work. Weekend support is MIA. I have written 5 times to support this weekend and no response. Nothing is working. I've lost thousands of dollars in lost revenue due to the delay in being able to get my campaigns functioning correctly. So frustrated.

I had a bad experience early on, but since then Ryan helped to get me squared away with Connor from support who has been super helpful, Peter and Melissa were awesome too, I have had a great experience with Klaviyo now having used it for a few more weeks. Initially I tried other platforms, but I would now recommend Klaviyo over those, their support is great as is the training videos and tutorials to help you get started. Klaviyo is quite intuitive and the integrations are great too!

Can I give it 6 stars? Wow... I've been looking and spending money on other software, but this is just Amazing... The people at Klavio really understand what it means to be a Shopify store owner.

I had an issue late on Friday night. I contacted my sales rep and he came through in a big way. Customer service is top notch! The app works great and we here can wait to start diving deeper into it. The app is very user friendly.

Klaviyo is by far my preferred choice of email marketing service, and believe me, I have used most if not all of them. They provide pretty much the same services as others, but they do it through a better UI/UX and features that make sending emails out much easier. What really sets them apart is their customer service. I have spoken to a sales rep and technical support on their team over the phone. And they have been great to deal with every time.

Horrible Support! I had to send an order confirmation to my clients and it took almost 5-6 hours to upload the lists. After all that hassle when i hit send, this useless app says account disabled and they'll have to verify before ic ould send email. what a waste of freakin time! please use the BCC feature in your Gmail. That does a lot more than this useless piece of ....! Worst part is they take forever to respond to support requests!!

Klaviyo is great, I recommend it to everyone with an online business. I was using a different animal related software and that was like riding a bike vs Klaviyo which is like driving a sports car. VERY NICE.

Apps been great so far. Klaviyo allows us to integrate with Shopify and efficiently work with both systems. Ill update my review in the coming months as we just started.

This app does most of what we need. It has great metrics and tracking, integrations, and have had good support. We have multiple accounts to manage our different stores so it would be great if we could integrate under one account. But, we're quite happy with the app.

I used to use Mailchimp, but started to check these guys out and holy-shit-balls Batman!! This is way, way, better than MC!! A fantastic app, so easy to use and integrates seamlessly with your store even down to product order status for customers, which is just awesome!! Thank you for such a great app!!
