I've used several email platforms, and Klaviyo is the best option, hands down, for e-comm on Shopify. The integrations and relationship between the platforms is key, and I've been really happy with the email/sms software as well. Flows are excellent and the triggers integrate really well between the two platforms.

As the founder of a small Shopify DTC brand, Klaviyo has been a really helpful tool for managing customer communication and marketing automation. It makes it much easier to build email flows, campaigns, and segments without needing a large marketing team. I also appreciate the ecosystem around Klaviyo. Tools like the Grid & Pixel Email Autopilot integration have helped streamline the process of creating and managing email content, which frees up time to focus on other parts of running the business. Overall it's a powerful platform for ecommerce brands that want to stay connected with their customers and automate parts of their marketing without overly complex setups.

Klaviyo's capabilities and its seamless integration with Shopify have made a real difference for my business. I hesitated to switch to it because it was more expensive than what I was using, but it pays for itself and more every month.

Klaviyo is hands down one of the most powerful email and SMS platforms available for Shopify. The segmentation, automation, and data depth are best-in-class. When it’s set up properly, it can absolutely drive meaningful revenue. That said, it really shines only if you have someone actively managing it. To get full value, you need consistent flow optimization, campaign strategy, list hygiene, testing, and performance monitoring. It’s not a “set it and forget it” tool, it rewards attention and strategy. I’d also love to see more flexibility in the pricing structure. When performance fluctuates month-to-month, the fixed pricing model can feel slightly disconnected from results. A structure that better reflects engagement or revenue impact would make it even stronger. Overall, it’s still the best tool in the space hands down, just make sure you’re ready to invest the time (or team) to unlock its full potential.
