Pour avoir testé d'autres alternatives, Klavyio est vraiment l'option d'emailing que nous avons trouvé la plus aboutie. les possibilités de segmentations reliées à l'activité de nos clients sont shopify sont multiples et les flow d'automation sont une réelle source de croissance de chiffre d'affaires.

We migrated from another ecommerce platform to Shopify and the Klaviyo integration allows us to do 10x more than before. The customer service team is amazing. And by far the best email platform on the market. I had Ellie N just help me with our account since our migration and it saved me hours on hours trying to sort out some issues

Terrible changes to pricing!!! RUN AWAY and save your money! We have been a Klaviyo user for around 3 years now. We have around 13,000 active profiles in our list but we generally never send emails to all active profiles. We are on a 1000 active profile plan which allows us to send 10,000 emails (plan price $30/Month) and we are ok with these numbers. Now Klaviyo decides they want to make more money so on February 18, 2025 they are going to force us to move to a higher plan with 13,000 active profiles with 130,000 email sends automatically (plan set at $300/Month), that's a huge and unjustified jump especially given that we are not utilizing our current monthly email sends limit anyways. Honestly, these pricing changes do not make any sense given that the number of active profiles are simply data points in a database that costs Klaviyo nothing to keep. You should be charged for the number of email sends and not for the number of active profiles in a database. Totally non-sensical and greedy move! Save your money and move to another service at this point honestly.

Klaviyo exists to help you to understand your customers and drive growth from those relationships. If you have profiles that you are not emailing, we highly recommend that you suppress them. You do not pay for suppressed profiles, but you maintain the data so that you can unsuppress to send communications to them at future times. If you prefer to keep them active, the Appreciation Discount that we’re offering to many loyal customers limits the email plan spend increase to 25%. We encourage customers to look for additional communications sent on Jan. 21 so that they can best understand how these changes impact their specific plan and to understand our new flexible pricing features, including auto-downgrade and Flexible Sending.

disappointed that they have changed their pricing model so that I am locked into paying for my entire subscriber list even if I am not utilizing the entire list. The price split between paying for active profiles and amount of emails means you will always overpay. I would suggest seeking a cheaper alternative which I am now forced to do in order to save money. a shame as I have been using klaviyo for close to 4 years. but there are much much cheaper options

As an example, if a qualifying account is on a $150/month email plan but their Active Profile count would require a $1,070/month email plan, we would automatically apply a $882.50/month Appreciation Discount so the net monthly email spend would be $187.50/month (a $37.50 increase). We encourage customers to look for additional communications sent on Jan. 21 so that they can best understand how these changes impact their specific plan and to understand our new flexible pricing features, including auto-downgrade and Flexible Sending.

I have installed this app after many months of research and had finally the time to set it up after Q4. And then I was in complete disbelief after they have updated the prices on 21.1.25. I should pay more than 600$ for over 35k "active" users. Why should I pay for users, that are don't even subscribed to our newsletter? I dont need to send out 350k emails a month?? The monthly fee should be calculated for the actual subscriber list/sent out emails per month. I got only 2000 active subscribers. You can't even talk to a real human beeing, unless you pay. I wanted a subscripton, but not with this incredible price politics. The chat bot told me to surppress all other accounts, that are not subscribed to the newsletter. Ok fine, but then I can't reach any customers that abandoned a cart, when they did not accepted newsletter marketing? This is not worth the money. Who did this price change and thought this was a good idea? Watching the reviews, I'm not the only one.. So I'm sticking to the free Email Program from shopify. You can setup flows aswell

Brilliant app. Integrates well with Shopify. We've been using them for several years now. Klaviyo is one of the best email and SMS marketing platforms that we've experienced. Highly recommend.
