Horrible, money hungry company. If you don't pay up front, you get no support whatsoever. I can't even ask support a question until I hand them over my money. Sickening. Integration was not seamless at all either. Took forever and then they said our industry was prohibited when we tried to set up SMS. WHAT?? Natural Skincare?? WOW.

My issue was resolved, but I experienced over 500 random bot sign-ups through Klaviyo, which forced me to spend around an extra $100 to cover the additional charges. After being billed for three months, I requested either a refund or a discount, as the issue wasn’t my fault — but my request was declined. As a loyal customer, I found this quite disappointing and lacking any gesture of goodwill. Update: I have been credited the amount by their helpful support staff, I have changed to 5 stars :)

Been using for many years. It's a 5-star product with a ton of capability. It's pricey, but if you have the revenue, it's worth the features. Using for email & sms. If you're considering, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I'm not so impress with this app. The Klaviyo app is not working on my default Shopify theme page. I've been trying to get someone to review the app configuration and its taking them days to solve the problem. They are so slow at responding to issues.

i need to pay $100 a month because i have 5000 contacts in my email list lol this must be a joke
Thank you for your feedback. Klaviyo exists to help you understand your customers and drive growth through those relationships. If you have profiles that you don't send emails to, we strongly recommend deleting them. You don't pay for deleted profiles, but you retain their data so you can understand the actions they took.

I only installed the app to explore the features and now they are sending me notifications that I need to upgrade to premium. I haven't even created an account. Terrible app.

Plus vous allez avoir de client plus ils vont vous facturer et vous changer de plan sans vous demander. je suis passé de 20€ à 90€ par mois !! Pourtant j'envoie tres peux de mail par mois !!
Merci pour vos commentaires. Klaviyo a pour mission de vous aider à comprendre vos clients et à stimuler la croissance grâce à ces relations. Si vous avez des profils auxquels vous n'envoyez pas d'e-mails, nous vous recommandons vivement de les supprimer. Vous ne payez pas pour les profils supprimés, mais vous conservez leurs données afin de pouvoir comprendre les actions qu'ils ont entreprises.

So far so good. As apps go, it's a little pricey - but don't let that put you off. If you follow the campaign setup and structure demos, you'll be making that money back in no time!

After years with another platform I have finally made the leap to Klaviyo & cannot be happier. I am yet to use this marketing tool to its full potential, however, 5 stars for the support, especially Gio for his detailed clarification and understanding on what I needed help with. Very excited to continue to learn & grow with Klaviyo and amazing marketing platform.
