I was on Salesforce Marketing Cloud before this role, and having only played around with Klaviyo for a few days I can't believe how much capability it puts in the marketing teams' hands vs needing multiple partners and developers. Would highly recommend. The customer service is so quick to respond and so helpful.

I've used Klaviyo for years now and while it can be more expensive, it is such a robust email provider. I recommend it if you're growing a list and a business!

The Klaviyo integration is great! We are just starting to tap into the features. In fact, we hit a road bump when an embedded form was not populating. Both Shopify and Klaviyo support jumped on the issue and worked through the solution. I was completely impressed with the hands-on nature of the support.
