Customer service poor. After months of use, account suspended with no notification as to why. At least 5 days later and we're still waiting on indication despite website stating 24-48 hours for reviews to be conducted. Multiple attempts made to lodge a ticket and, only after trial and error experimenting with drop down menus, were able to succeed (Klaviyo has no option to contact support direct via email). During this time, two email enquiries also made to sales email address with no response yet received. Otherwise a great tool, but as a business heavily reliant on email marketing, the automated bot responses in place of actual support is crippling. For what is a professional tool that charges accordingly, professional level support and clarification should be expected.

A dreadful, user-unfriendly app. It seems like you need a degree in computer science just to navigate the basics. For example, I wanted to create header links in the welcome series template but no obvious option to do so anywhere. So I saved that email into templates, and again, no apparent way of adding header links in the header bar. I thought it would be very simple to do this but apparently not. On top of that there is NO support for newcomers, they just robotically refer you to irrelevant articles that don't answer the question. I also heard that when you do have a paid plan for support that some of the subscribers are having lots of issues with it. A nasty app, stay away.

Thanks for your comments and we're sorry you're having trouble with header links. When you click on the header bar in your email template, a menu will show up on the left side of your screen. In the content section, you can add links for the header bar and set the font, color, size, etc. Hope that helps! **September 2023** Customer service became so slow AND NOT wiling to deep-dive to help, just to close tickets** I have realized I lost thousands euros, thousands!! In people not being able to go properly into the welcome flow. I have raised concerns, but support answered there were no issue. I decided to try by myself with a new mail address and I haven't received the welcome mail! I was right, and I had to be extremely pissed towards the support so that they decided to escalade the issue internally, explaining that indeed there was an issue, but the pain is here, thousands euros lost in welcome flow. My business is at risk, terrible.

They seem to have bots that create fake subscribers, increase your amount of contacts and force you to an higher price plan. Oh, and you need to get the higher price plan in order to reach customer support. Avoid at all point if you don't want to waist your time.

When I closed my Klaviyo account I forgot to close the subscription form as well, and now that I can't log in to my account anymore, this forms popup is still showing up in my store! It is gonna hijack my user information.

Installing this app was the root of all disasters, basically no service, brought my website down, lost thousands of dollars in ad dollars, my website was grayed out and stuck, couldn't click on any pages, the fees were extremely expensive, When you increase email activities, he doesn't even have any reminder to increase the fee, and directly upgrades your fee in the bill. Rogue behavior, opaque charges, stay away from klaviyo, is away from disaster.

So far, terrible. 0 Onboarding. Just a "Take a look at our guides and ask questions in the community". Erm... that isn't really what I'm paying $110 a month for... I expected someone to guide me through the process of getting things set up and ready to go. I'm not expecting someone to create anything at all, pop-ups, flows, lists. I am literally asking for the basics... UPDATE: So after numerous requests and questions to support. They either don't want to help - or they just give you a standard link to a support guide. Do you honestly not think I tried that already??

Based on our experience, be very careful with Klaviyo billing. Even if you turn plan auto-upgrade OFF, Klaviyo turns ON the auto upgrade in their billing forms if you upgrade via a campaign. With this, Klaviyo will over-ride your selected plan choice, up-charging you 100% more than you agreed or needed in our case. Plus Klaviyo says they have specific policy that they do not provide refunds when you fall into their auto-upgrade bucket. So be careful to look for auto-checked boxes as we found in our experience can double your cost with no benefit and absolutely no refunds.

Very bad customer support. The decisions they make on marking emails as transactional or not are a complete lottery and support staff are unable or unwilling to explain the their decisions. They only provide copy and pasted answers that don’t help. A real shame as the product is otherwise good.

I recently experienced an utterly disappointing situation with Klaviyo. After sending an important email through their platform, I discovered that Klaviyo had inexplicably broken all of the links included in the email. Naturally, I reached out to their support immediately. Their response? They said they'd need to escalate the ticket to resolve the issue. Frustratingly, the next email I received was a notification stating they had closed my support ticket—without even discussing the matter further or confirming any resolution. Not only did this leave my business in a tight spot, but it also highlighted Klaviyo's inadequate support structure and lack of accountability. For a platform that markets itself as reliable and customer-oriented, this kind of oversight and dismissive handling is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering Klaviyo to reconsider unless you're willing to risk similar disruptions and disappointing support experiences.

It's not worth your money, nor your time. Customer service is very poor. I received contradicting info from a couple of representatives. Unfortunately, the support team is not trained sufficiently to give proper client support.

If I could give zero starts, I would. It's an amazing app, but they want to control your email domain and the way you email your clients. Not very versatile. They steel your money very easily with their automatic upgrades as well.

Changed my plan from Free to $20 per month used 1200 emails out of my 5000 monthly limit went to send and email campaign with 550 email addresses got a message saying upgrade plan to $30 you have exceeded your profile limit. What is this? Totally confusing just cancelled my plan. Not very happy.

I have to say I’m not impressed with the customer service. I have had to explain the same issue several times. I sent pictures and a video clip showing my issue and it has still not being resolved. Instead I keep getting people sending me videos of how the same thing. I don’t think I’ll will be moving forward with this app. And I have wasted a lot time trying to set up flows
