I’m new to Klaviyo, so I can’t say much about the system yet. What I can say is that I just had a 10/10 experience with their live chat support, thanks to Monika J. I had issues with our Shopify sync and email list, and Monika was incredibly patient and thorough. She not only resolved my issues but also provided additional recommendations, articles, and links to help me improve the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo. We love it.

Great customer service, especially when I'm in a pickle and can't understand how things work properly :) The system is great, but there are a few things that need tweaking like being able to open a profile in a list, and then hit the back button. You should be able to go back to the list you were in, not go to all profiles.

So far so good, easy to use and see the analytic.
