Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

The best email platform there is. Klayvio has been a copmlete game changer for our business. Highly recommend it. The reviews aspect of Klayvio still nees a lot of work though, we tried that and didn't find it great value for money and lacking in a lot of areas that we needed. But the email side of it is amazing

Easy to use, the guidance is clear, and AI function consider different store feature. It's a great tool that I would recommend every Shopifier to use!

Its a one stop shop to communicate with your customers by email and sms.

Good customer service. I would recommend setting up a dedicated branded tracking link for link clicks as soon as possible or your default tracking links may get blocked by Chrome and Safari. Very easy to use

Easy and with a lot of tutorials so you can figure out how most things work. Set up is easy with loads of templates or you can create your own.

There is zero customer support from this app on the free plan, not even email. I know many aps will limit support on free plans (e.g. you don't get live support), which is fair enough. However, you can't even reach anyone by email if you have a problem without upgrading to a paid plan. We are a new and growing business so where we can we are using lower cost or free plans to begin with, but will of course upgrade as appropriate as we grow. But if this is how Klaviyo approach customer support, why would I upgrade to a paid plan. To be fair, for what I am currently using for at least, the app works well and is fairly user friendly once you get used to it.

Easy to ingtegrate and use. We use Klaviyo to send all our emails - flows, marketing and more. The product feed and linking is quite easy.

Excellent. Powerful email and SMS but user-friendly. Appreciate all the free training available.
