Tom was excellent helping me with two issues today. He spent well over an hour troubleshooting some issues I had with integrations. He was very patient with me and was able to walk me through the steps in detail. Amazing service all around. Very prompt and clear.

Klaviyo support is the best! I've never waited long and the agents go above and beyond to be helpful. It makes a world of difference when you need help!

Stay away and use someone else! We've been with them for four years and it's gotten ridiculous. We had to spend 1200 for an email that had generated $200 in revenue. A complete ripoff. There's better options. Support is the worst. At some point, they were the only players in the ecommerce game. Things have changed. Stay away because they will steal from you when you have actual volume.

light years ahead of my previous CRM system. Klaviyo makes building newsletters and segmenting my subscriber base really easy. I've automated many flows on my own. I'm not a techie and everything is easy! It is also an easy integration with Shopify.

Excellent App, works great for our email marketing. The flow set up is intuitive and can be easily customizable. Also, there are plenty of templates to choose to from, and to match with the theme of the online store.

I love this app. It is probably one of my most used app that I pay for. It seamlessly integrates with shopify. I have seen my business grow with consistent campaign emails. Probably the best digital marketing tool out there. A little expensive for a small business, but when you learn how to use everything it has to offer, its totally worth it!

Been using Klaviyo for 4 years now, it has grown and evolved and keeps getting better. Best marketing $$$ we have ever spent. Customer support is good, flows and automations will make you money. Thanks Ron
