This is a great app that does more than your regular review app. Even better is their customer service; I really wasn't expecting my query to be answered, let alone resolved in the short space of time it took. Definitely recommend.

Great app for product reviews. The support team is very responsive and helpful with any questions I have had so far. Highly suggest using Kudobuzz for your online shop!

Lovely app. I am getting reviews on my store as well as my products. I liked this app best because people can review your shop and their service....not just the product they bought. I also love that emails go out to people after they purchase....making it super easy for them to leave a review. And perhaps the best thing about this app is its FREE....which makes it perfect. Highly recommend! Update, I recently upgraded to the dinner plan and I am enjoying lots of new benefits....like Google rich snippets.....love that one. I have found the support staff to be really great. They are always quick to respond and will work very hard to help.

I had a very good service to implement coding and rich snippets on our webstore : I love the application, the widgets are amazing and I was also able to import reviews from our Facebook page !! Thumbs up :-)

Great app does exactly what it says. Automates most of the behind the scene process for you and motivates customers to write reviews. Pulls reviews from several areas and will post them within app to website and social outlets. Customer service is top notch fast responsive and friendly. Do yourself a favor upgrade to the paid version the annual discount is well worth it.

Great app and amazing support, which we consider just as important as having a great app. They were quick in helping us out and answered all our questions in a matter of hours. Highly recommended!

Great app. Testimonials and reviews are designed in a easy to use system. I've tried many others on the app store and this is by far the best. I had a few technical issues and was rectify promptly by the support team (Thanks Kena). Highly recommended...

Kenna and the Kudobuzz have created a truly wonderful app! It has helped us collect and display reviews on our products and added to the user experience on our site as a whole. All that and EASY TO USE! Honestly it does not take any skill to set this up. We should know. We had an issue this week where another app left some code after being uninstalled and that code prevented Kudobuzz from loading. I reached out to the Kudobuzz team and they we're able to go in to our site, isolate the rogue code, and fix it!!! Now we are back to running smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!!

Kudobuzz is absolutely AMAZING! It has everything we could ever want in a review app. Even more, the support they offer is second to none. All of the questions I had were answered in less than an hour and all of the setup was taken care of free of charge. I could not recommend a Shopify app more than this one. You can't go wrong with Kudobuzz.
