I love that I am able to combine all my reviews into one location and even collect new reviews and the app is free, which is much appreciated!!!

Kudobuzz is awesome and the support is very responsive and hands on! A few bugs but once you let support know they are on it which I really appreciate! Don't waste your time with Yotpo its really bad.

I love this app!! It's extremely easy to use, installed in minutes and the customer service is awesome. I've only needed to contact customer service on a minor issue and they were very responsive and the situation was resolved in a timely manner.

It's a little confusing to get around the app, at first. It doesn't feel intuitive on the back end, as far as how the menu items are laid out. Otherwise, the app works great! Automated sharing on Facebook, testimonials page, basic customization... Once it's set up, it basically runs itself, no second thoughts. Also, customer service was great. We had an issue where the rating at the top of the testimonials page was showing 1 star, rather than our actual review average. Contacted customer service, immediate automated response so I knew they got my e-mail, personal response within 24 hours to let me know they were looking into it, and the issue was fixed within 48 hours after that. Good to go.

a cool app that not only collects your review across platforms but also repost them thus increasing brand awareness on social networks!very cool and practical!

I have been very please with this review app. The thing I really like is that when reviews come through, they can be shared it directly to social media platforms to followers. I also had a question on repositioning of the icon. I received a very quick and accurate response. As important as reviews are in the e-commerce business, this is a great function to add to your website.

The app is a great addition to our site. Cheryl in particular has been a huge help. She's not only responsive, but helpful in making suggestions and providing ideas to improve our user experience.

I have to say I am presently surprised! This is very easy to install/manage and Kudobuzz customer service is incredible!! I've had the pleasure of wording with Cheryl, She's AMAZING! She's so helpful and responds back to your questions right away. It truly feels like she is just as invested in my website as I am. Thank you for all the help Cheryl, Kudobuzz is highly recommend!

Great app! & Great support! I am surprised with the dedication with the support you get with the app... I am not a paying customer yet they treated me like on. They got the whole app set up for me on my store, and they were very helpful! And the app has a lot of features and looks great on my store. Recommend!

Great product review app! Has all the functionality of the others at a fraction of the cost. Offers GREAT support as well. Highly recommend!!!

10-6-17 I am happy to report that after my last review update, Cheryl reached out to me immediately and they are working on the issue. So thankful the wonderful KB service we've always received has returned, and was only caused by a misplaced email. :) Edited 10-4-17 Downgrading my review. After several happy years with this app, problems arose in Aug of 2017 that are not being dealt with. Facebook reviews (a very important part of our marketing)are no longer being displayed and they look like ads instead of reviews. I notified Cheryl on Aug 23. Received a response right away that the tech team would investigate. I again emailed one month later on Sept 22 and have received no response nor resolution to the problem. It is now 10-4 and I feel like Kudobuzz has abandoned us, yet they keep charging us. I can no longer recommend this company unless/until this issue is straightened out. I don't know what is causing such a drastic change in customer service, but it doesn't bode well for the future of this app. I sure hope they're not about to pull the plug on it. (Original review)I have been using the paid version of this app for almost 2 years now and have found Cheryl to be quick to respond to issues and provide support. It is updated regularly and has been a great help in getting our customers to provide reviews. Update 11-16-16 I continue have a great experience with this app, and receive magnificent support from Cheryl. It is one of the few apps that is REALLY worth its price.
