If I could rate this app more than 5 stars I would. Our stores needed a custom solution for multilanguage and not only did langify do the job seamlessly, their support is without a doubt the best I have encountered on any platform! Kudos to the technical team, particularly Tony, who had integrated the custom solution for us and walked us through it every step of the way. I would 100% recommend langify for any multilingual stores.

We 100% recommend the Langify App for your business. I can’t believe why anyone would choose not to use Langify, it’s such an asset. Langify is so easy to use and the customer service is outstanding! The technical team have been by our side, right from the beginning and it’s working beautifully. Our conversion rate has almost doubled! Thank you so much!

Support is most of the time very quick and effective! We recently changed to Langify V2 and it's great! I would recommand Langify instead of Weglot.

Absolutely the most amazing support service ever! Shout out to Sabrina! She is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond, and should get a freaking raise right now. Look, when you start working with different apps and trying to make everything play nicely together, things somethings don't work right away. To everyone out there running into issues. The problem can be with this app, another app, the Theme you're using, Shopify, etc. It can be a bunch of different stuff. That's exactly what happened with us. And then there is also the fact that the developers we used in India had no clue how to solve the translation errors. Here comes Sabrina from support, who with the patience of a nun, helped me out despite the fact that the problem was not a Langify-caused issue. She was right in pointing that out, but also was kind enough to point me in the right direction to fix the issue. I have zero coding experience, but anyone who is smart and/or brave enough to start a webshop can figure this out. It cost me an hour or two to scan through the code, find the missing language fields, add in the new fields and translations, and get everything working fine. My advice to everyone running into issues. 1. Take a deep breath. Relax. The problems are solvable. 2. Contact support and ask them nicely for help. Yes, they may say that the problem is not caused by Langify, and they are probably right. 3. Ask them nicely (see what I'm doing here...) to help you solve the issue. They can point you in the right direction and even give you a quick example of what you need to do. 4. Take another deep breath, open the code, find the missing lines and add/replace what is needed. 5. Save, close, and feel like a freaking king, because you just did your first coding. 6. Open a beer and relax. Kidding aside, the support folks are super helpful. Keep your cool and you will get things done. Trust this is helpful. Dennis

The Langify App started changing our Romanian original text on all Collections to English translation. We wrote Langify and to our surprise was being told they thing it is a bug in Shopify and that the Langify developer who can solve this is sick and we need to wait 6 days until he comes back to work. Today he wrote us he has no idea how to resolve this and passed this further to Shopify. We also have several sites connected to this site and because Langify didn’t properly look when creating collections it did messed up those websites too. Very disappointed ! Don't even want to think what could have happened if Langify would have translated more than just the Collections title . Would have probably put us out of business for few days. We asked them to unpublished the English translation and to do the testing somewhere else rather then our websites. Be careful when working with this App !!! Removed the App and asked for Refund.

This app seems to be one of the best available in Shopify App store right now BUT it is far from perfect. Main disadvantages of it: - It not possible to add translations in bulk. You need to go to the product one-by-one. There is a possibility of import/export PO file but unfortunately, it is not helpful at all. Much better would the csv file similar to basic Shopify cvs export files where you can see info split in columns. - It is impossible to detect the mistake in translations until you go to the product and see it. Here the csv would be a perfect variant when you could check translations on the product level and fix them in bulk. Would give much more visibility. To be more specific. There was a bug in the app. If you change the order of product variant options in Shopify admin the translations of variant option values get messed up. You won‘t know it until you go to Langify to check something else and see this issue. Doesn‘t seem to be reliable. - You can "translate" product pictures BUT it is so hacky way that if your product picture URL gets changed for any reason your setup will be lost and you won‘t even notice it before you go and check it on the product level. - Formating of products and page translations sometimes messes up. You need to open the HTML code and fix it from there because fixes in the editor don‘t really work well. E.g. If you paste the text from any other place the text background can get some color and you only can fix it via the code section. I really hope that Langify team reads comments and is willing to grow and improve. All stated above is a big pain for all merchants who have a big amount(20+) of products in the shop.
