Langify has all the features we need and works well. Also they have truly awesome support. If all support was that good the world would be a better place.

Langify works fine for our website. Customer support is quick and efficient. The only thing that could be more efficient is the search bar. It directs you to the correct section, but not to the specific line. Sometimes this takes quite some time to find within a section.

Never again Langify! The worst translation app ever. Hands off! Many translations are simply not working, as the app is not capable to deal with customised shops/themes. Spent hours and hours on this app. Totally frustrating and not worth the money.

Totally understand your frustration but as our support Team already explained, this was an issue on shopify's end that simply prevented theme translations from showing up when on a 2.0 theme! This really wasn't our fault. Good news is that this has been solved now so you may give us a second chance :)

Perfect support!!! They have asked me for access to my store and directly they themselves have changed what I needed and I did not know how to do! Sincerely I appreciate suppliers like this!!!!

I think this is the best translation app on Shopify. Been using them for 5 years, they are always improving, and their tech support is second to none. Everyone is so friendly, clear and useful. Never had a bad experience.

I have been using this app for almost a year now and it does what you would expect it to do. Recently was in contact with the support desk for the first time and they not only answered my email within a couple of minutes, they also fixed the issue in the meantime :)

really poor experience, x can't translate the strings that edit in other third party app x takes more than 3 minutes to load the content. x work really worst with Pagefly, even the page changes a picture, we should go back to Langify to relaunch the translate again (and the poor loading speed makes it really difficult)

BY FAR THE BEST SUPPORT (TONY) EVER IN SHOPIFY. Tony is extremely extremely skillful , intelligent and solved all kind of problems at our theme coding file. I think I have exchanged over 500 emails with langify team across the year. and I get response right away within an hour or two. Problems solved right away. I am almost 100% sure Langify is the best multi-language app in shopify. It basically can translate everything on your page, including email notification, everything you can think of. Absolutely amazing help and support!!!!!!!!!!!! I will give 101 score out of 100.
