Super app' ! L'interface intégrée à Shopify est très user friendly (même si un peu lente parfois). La possibilité d'utiliser l'API deepL est par ailleurs très utile. Les équipes sont enfin très réactives.

best translation app on shopify (it doesn't have a minimum or max word witch is perfect) and best customer service (they will reply within seconds) .

I highly recommend AI Translate, for stores with a vast product range and a dynamic content production process. I evaluated it as a high-end app with a fair price. Because I have “suffered” a lot due to my wrong decisions around translation apps I hope my review will improve the lives of other store owners. I have experimented with numerous translation apps. Considering the recent developments of Shopify, I believe it is crucial to use an app that relies on native Shopify translation technology. This makes it simple to handle translation import/export and offers seamless integration with Shopify Markets functionality. AI Translate scores a perfect 10/10 on this front. The app's service is outstanding, with the team always available to provide quick and accurate responses to queries via live chat. They are also extremely courteous and helpful, earning them another 10/10. When it comes to translation quality, the app's "engine" and the availability of a glossary feature are essential considerations. As someone who wanted to utilize DeepL, I was pleased to discover that AI Translate not only offers DeepL but also Google Translate. For this reason, I give the app another 10/10. The app's user interface is straightforward and shares the same look and feel as the Shopify backend. It is very fast, which is rare for most translation apps. While this may be a matter of personal preference, I appreciate this design and give it a 10/10 rating. The app's pricing is fair and reasonable, considering the high-quality features and service it offers. If you wish to use DeepL, you will need to create a separate account directly with them, which I believe is an excellent approach since it eliminates any markups. Overall, AI Translate is a top-tier translation app, and I highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner that is serious about investing in website localization. And last but not least, a sincere thanks to the support team and especially to Olga that has demonstrated infinite patience with me.

20230728 - They have improved the speed of the translation extremly. Also implemented new features which are very good. For example if you are using dynamic text and you have to update your theme it is stll copied to the new theme. Also other new features. They will get now from my side 10 stars!!!!!!! I am a German and has high demands. I am very happy since few months. They worked hard to improve the app. I had a lot of complains in the past. Everything has been fixed in a high level. Now they will earn 10 stars from my side (in the past they got only 1 star temporarly because of several problems). The support will earn also 10 stars from my side. For other apps you have to wait days for a response. They will react in few minutes. 20230228 - They did a great update regarding metafields - This topic is also fixed now. 20230216 - They have changed the behavoir of the statistics within few days. This topic is fixed now. In the summary the app to recommend because of the the features which the app supports. Also the translations of dynamic text parts which are not part of the theme. We use this app on both of our stores and we dont have any problems at all. We tried every other app in the app store but we was really disappointed. But now we are Happy with our Choice. Great app, it does exactly what it says it does, Support however is top notch - Vitalina in particular, i honestly did circles on her nerves yet she solved my issues and was polite and kind all the way!

I use the free tier and am very happy with it. I mean, one cannot really complain about something that works alright and you don't have to pay for it. That being said, I would like to send a big shoutout to the support team! Super nice, quick and they really solved my problem. Even though I don't pay for it yet. So, yes, pretty cool!

The best translation app! All is automatic. You have to fix some translation manually, but is not a big problem. If you want better translation, you can pay for better translation systems.
