Customer Service is top notch! I'm really tech savvy and have made lots of sites over the years. Installed this app and loved the options. However, one section wasn't showing on the site the same as it was on the editor/draft page. I logged into the Chat service, got a rep within seconds and in less than a couple minutes Duke found the issue and fixed it. I almost couldn't believe it! If I hadn't gotten that help, I probably would have moved to a different app for layouts. That fast assistant made a customer out of me!!

I've been using this application to design my web layout, and I can't say enough good things about it! The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, but what really stands out is the amazing customer support. Cass, in particular, has been an absolute gem—always willing to help whenever I need it. His responsiveness and attention to detail have made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a seamless and supportive design tool!

Cela fait maintenant une semaine que j'utilise cette application pour créer ma boutique. L'application est très intuitive et facile d'utilisation. J'ai eu un souci de mise en page et "Cass" du service client m'a été d'une plus grande aide. Il a été très réactif, sympa et professionnel. Il m'a réglé mon souci rapidement et m'a rassuré. Je recommande à 100%. L'application est très bien et fiable et le service client est au top ;)

I really like the app and options. I had trouble publishing; standard page would not completely publish. Cass with LayoutHub fixed the issue for me promptly. That I can appreciate! Other than that, I think this is a tool I could use.

The app is very user-friendly so is the support. They help me everytime I need a problem. Once I had such a problem that even the whole team gathered together to fix it. They sent me a photo in the chat :D I love how they want to keep their customers close to them even become friends with them. I think this is their biggest strength. They really want you to be successful in your business. You are not alone! They are on your side! I highly recommend the app and the whole team behind it! Keep up the excellent work guys!
