Duke was extremely attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate his attention to detail as well as his due diligence through the process. I would recommend if anyone has a problem with any template or Leal to totally reach out to customer service.

Sophie was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked her one question after another. She took the time to let research and then get back to me and let me know with instructions or videos on how to resolve issue. Her patience gave me the mind to continue on to get online store up and running as soon as possible and I thank her for being responsive and not allowing our conversation to get dropped into the oblivion..:-). This is a great app! The pages are so easy to set up, no need for codes and other confusing features. I had an issue with a FAQ page I created and Dilys was so helpful in fixing it right away. Highly recommend.

We use the free version for our FAQ page. It was easy to set up and looks good. It recently suffered a glitch and stopped working properly (couldn't see the answers to the questions) but Caroline sorted the issue within 5 minutes - great customer service.

Customer service is fast and efficient. The app is easy to use once you get used to it. Lots of options and works well with Shopify.

Caroline also helped us with another issue we were having with out backend! Without explaining much of the issue, she was able to target the issue and figure it out for us! Caroline our customer support help was extremely patient and helpful when we couldn't see something on our backend. She assisted us multiple times and generally understood what we need out of page utility.

Really love the app. I tried to make my about us page look more presentable and the layout hub really helped me with that. The app is really easy to use. But, what really stands out is the support team. They replied to me in few minutes and helped me solve all my issues.
