Okay, I am seriously impressed. I got the LayoutHub a while back to make a couple of my pages a bit more 'professional'. Super easy to use and build etc. However, I didn't realise the scope to tailor and build your website with the help of their coders - my mind is blown. I've only got the basic plan and after messaging them about how to save my work, I thought I'd ask how I could tailor the layouts further without coding myself - I spoke to Olivia and SHE DID IT FOR ME! No extra cost and very quick. Olivia was incredible, she sorted my issues instantly and understood what I needed. This app is by far the best plugin I've installed for Shopify. Makes your pages so much more professional and user friendly. Thank you Olivia.

I use the app to create pages for my Shopify website. I like the variety that it provides and love your customer service. I needed help with a few things and someone was there to assist within minutes.

Easy to use, lots of nice-looking, modern interactive page options that you don't get with Shopify. REALLY good customer service online chat too

This app change my life ! Very easy to use for a novice like me. It change the appearance of the website and it look professional, so much better than the principal theme of shopify. When I need help, I get it easily from the chat (Thank you Caroline for fix my issue very quickly!!!). I recommend !

Nice app, helped a lot when it was harder to create page templates. Shopify 2.0 might make it easier now though. I'm especially happy with the customer services.

Unprofessional when we wanted to delete the app. Didn’t tell us pages will be deleted from the website as well and not only the templates.

Thank you for your feedback, and I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion you experienced when uninstalling the app. At the time, our communication regarding what happens to live pages after deleting the app wasn’t as clear as it should have been, and we take full responsibility for that. You were absolutely right to expect better transparency from us. Although your review was from some time ago, we noticed that your store is still active and we truly hope your business is thriving. Since that time, I’ve stepped in as the new Customer Success Manager and have completely rebuilt our support team. The challenges you faced were handled by our previous CS team, and I regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations then. However, we’ve taken that feedback seriously and made significant improvements. Our uninstall flow and help documentation have been updated for clarity, and our new support team has been fully trained to better guide merchants through situations like this. We’re also investing heavily in upgrading the LayoutHub platform overall, both in features and user experience.
