Unprofessional when we wanted to delete the app. Didn’t tell us pages will be deleted from the website as well and not only the templates.

Thank you for your feedback, and I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion you experienced when uninstalling the app. At the time, our communication regarding what happens to live pages after deleting the app wasn’t as clear as it should have been, and we take full responsibility for that. You were absolutely right to expect better transparency from us. Although your review was from some time ago, we noticed that your store is still active and we truly hope your business is thriving. Since that time, I’ve stepped in as the new Customer Success Manager and have completely rebuilt our support team. The challenges you faced were handled by our previous CS team, and I regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations then. However, we’ve taken that feedback seriously and made significant improvements. Our uninstall flow and help documentation have been updated for clarity, and our new support team has been fully trained to better guide merchants through situations like this. We’re also investing heavily in upgrading the LayoutHub platform overall, both in features and user experience. The difference today is significant, and I’d love the opportunity to personally assist you should you ever consider giving us another try. Once again, I’m deeply sorry for your past experience, and truly grateful for the feedback that helped us grow. We’d be honored to support you again and show you how much we’ve improved. My second day, still trying out how it works. But one thing I'd like to rate 5 stars for this app - the customer service! It is superb! they don't even need the hassle of requesting/approving them to be the collaborator and etc, they can check for you right away! Any questions will be answered immediately!

The app is absolutely great and easy to use. The results are looking very good and the support is really helpfull and kind, nothing is a problem to ask and they are ready to assist at any time needed. Unfortunately the app isnt fully compatible with Omnisend (it captures the sign-ups but doesnt fire the automations) and therefore most probably I must uninstall it but except for this issue I would highly recommend.

The customer service was very helpful and they responded quickly. I love this app as it helps you make pages easily, but I do hope that there would be more templates and designs as I want to make my page better and more presentable with new features. Thank you developers and keep up the good work :)

Caroline instantly helped me with coding I needed done for my layout. She was super quick and resolved my request immediately. The page builder is so simple and cutting-edge. The features are endless (at least it seems), and it's hard to not get what you need out of the templates. There's so much to work with, and after comparing the app to other page builders, I'm enjoying LayoutHub the most! Thanks again to Caroline, also!

I have in one week been able to build a home page from from scratch and I am non-technical! Their excellent customer service saved me several times tho. Great app

So far so good! Customer support was quick on answering questions and helping me get back on track for completing a new instructions page. 2024 Update: Customer support has still been very helpful and the program helps us customize our site.

Die Anwendung ist teilweise schon etwas schwierig, aber der Support ist der Hammer! Super schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. So kommt man schnell ans gewünschte Ziel. Danke liebes LayoutHub Team für diesen Service.
