Live Product Options is the best. The app is incredible for a huge variety of simple and complex personalisation options and is packed with useful features. Their support is amazing, they are so fast to respond and have helped me with different challenges on several occasions.

I am super pleased from the app. It has many complex options that were able to cover 90% of my needs, and I easily added the rest 10% in my theme code. But the best thing about this app was the support - They answered all of my questions during the integration in no time, and didn't quit until I was 100% happy. Thanks.

This app is a life saver! If you sell customized products that have a lot of options or each product has a special set of options, this app is for you. It is easy to set up and customize your forms not to mention the preview of what is selected helps customer get a visual of what they're selecting. I have been using it for a year and it has made detailed customized orders a breeze.

These guys have been super helpful in getting a pretty complex solution in place for us. I must have asked a 100 questions and each time I get a great response. They have made adjustments to my theme and the flexibility of the app is fantastic, allowing me to build the application I need within Shopify. I've used other "options" based apps but this is the only one that worked and combined with their discount app it works even better. Can't rate them highly enough.

This App is probably the most versatile I have tried , and i have tried quite a few. It has got a bit of a learning curve , but is well worth the effort , so far it has been stable and the customer / technical assistance has been top notch. I have no hesitation to recommend this App .

I recently migrated my online store from another platform to shopify. One of the main reasons for doing that was to get access to developer apps like this one. My primary product type is customized, handmade gifts. I needed a robust app that allowed customers to personalize their items and be able to get a live preview of how it will look. After reviewing demos on a few different apps and looking over the feedback, I decided on this app and I have not regretted my decision. You can set up product options quickly and easily but it's also packed with lots of advanced programmable functionality if you need it. The most difficult parts for me were some display issues with my theme and I reached out to support and Michael was quick to respond. Most issues were handled with a few hours after providing access to my admin so he could make the necessary changes in my theme. But there is also plenty of help documentation for advanced users to do those items on their own. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and I would highly recommend this app to shop owners that sell custom products.

I have been using Live Product Options for almost a year now, and I even have the app on both of my stores. I have messed around with almost every custom product option app in the Shopify app store, and can confidently say Live Product Options is the best one amongst them for my very specific needs. While there is a learning curve and some features I wish they did offer, their customer service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you set up your products and troubleshoot problems. Since I am still creating one of my sites, my listings are very complicated and I ask them a million questions weekly. Michael is SO patient, helpful, and knowledgable. The customer service is quick to solve issues, which is critical when your store is live. I am also a big fan of their pricing. It allows the store owner to pick and choose what features we want and need, and starts at a lower charge for stores starting out without a lot of orders. Definitely give this app this a try if you need live preview for your products. Highly highly recommend it!

Great app and excellent, super fast support when needed. Easy to use app with lots of options. We use it together with their other app called Upload‑Lift Image Upload and the apps are an excellent addition to our website.

When I've used this software to set up custom products, I've had problems needing help from customer service, but the most I've gotten in response is to check the self-help documentation. I have clearly explained to customer service that I am having problems setting up a custom product and have recorded a video about it and sent it to him. But the response was "we can't help customers set up the product", which is really frustrating. As a paying customer, I just want the customer service to guide me through the setup of this custom product. That's all. But it seems to be difficult for them. So, I have to warn shopify sellers who want to use this software. They are not very friendly. I've been using this software for 4 days now and I haven't finished setting up a custom product yet. It's too bad. NEW FEEDBACK: terrible service, I left them a 1 star message feedback. But instead of communicating with me nicely, they said I was extorting them. They said I had to delete this message before they would fix the problem I was experiencing. I decided that I will sue them at shopify for the app. Third Response：This is a company that has no service, they only blame the user.
