This app is difficult to set up. The price does not update in the cart and even after reading the documentation and watching videos, I still had trouble using it. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
Our app is one of the simplest product options app to setup. The live preview can be more complex as it's very powerful. We saw you've reached out to our support but failed to provide a link to your store so that we can help you out. Prices not updating is most likely a theme issue that we are always available to fix for our merchants.

Been trialing a couple of different apps but this one seems to tick all the boxes. Easy interface, lots of personalization options and great support. In everyone's budget allowing you to crawl before you can then walk and run.

A fantastic app! It's easy to use and offers a variety of customisation options. And the best part? The customer support is phenomenal! Prompt responses and always willing to help with any query big or small. I've reached out on numerous occasions and my queries have always been quickly resolved by the team. After trialling several similar apps, this is the best by far. Highly recommend!

I am thrilled with how this app works. I have tried more of them for custom variants and calculations and this is purely the best one. There are so many options for customization functionality and designs to your needs! It takes some time to learn, but everything is clearly explained and there is comprehensive documentation and video guides. In addition, Michael is very kind and helpful responds promptly to emails, and is happy to help.

I was very excited to try this app. Unfortunately, none of the staff could clearly explain how to add personalizations to my items. Even after asking for a video with a clear set of step by step instructions, no one really helped. They kept telling me to look back at the self help doc. Then they told me to hire someone on Upwork to set up the app instead of setting up a 10 minute phone call or Zoom to help me through this. Very disappointed. Try an app where they're happy to help you get set up. I was told I could only get help with set up if I was a bigger store. So this app isn't for small business owners just starting out.
I've just checked our support requests from your store. I can see we have even setup an example config on your store based on your request. After that, you've requested us to setup our app based on another merchants store that uses our app. This is not something we offer, and our merchants would also not be happy about this! Also we have lots of videos explaining how to setup a product with a live preview.

Cloud lift is an absolute game changer! Their app has revolutionized the way customers use my website. The features are intuitive, simple, and easy to use. I am also incredibly impressed with their lightning fast email response time. It is the absolute quickest customer service I have ever experienced. The customer service representatives are also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I am incredibly happy with Cloudlift and would highly recommend their app to anyone looking for image upload options.

It's only a great app! It gives you various and in-detail options to customize your products. We've created very complicated customizable products via this app. And the customer service was very fast and always helpful. We strongly recommend it to everyone!

As I am offering services with many different options, the standard product options were too complex to manage and display. Live Product Options is exactly what I was after, it is very powerful and easy to configure. I really like the optional feature, where you can display options based on another option. Great app!

If you need an option that allows customers personal customizations and live previews to products...you found the right app. Just download it. It is very user friendly. How to videos with each step and if you still run into problems or issues the live chat option is available with a very fast response time. Carl solved my problem within minutes.

I really like this app. Every time I had some questions I got answers very quickly with solution. Support is awesome! This app really can do anything you want. Highly recommend! 5/5 Best way to start is to follow some "how to start" videos. After that I recommend to look FAQ section. There is good "how to do" pictures and If you still don't know how to do it just ask from support. They will reply quickly.

This is by far the best product customization app available, easy to set up and use. It's rare that you find a customer support team as helpful as this company provides, they are all amazing. After testing several customization apps live, I don't hesitate to say that I am very happy and satisfied with Cloudlift. Recommend it!

Live Product Options is easily the best option around for creating custom products. The tool has SO many options, it might take a little time to get your head around it; but it's time well spent when you see how powerful the tool is. LPO has the best support we have received from any Shopify app. Their team and owner spent a lot of time helping us solve our unique problems, with fast response times and helpful responses always. We highly recommend the app and use it across 6 stores.

I have used this app for a year now and I find it easy to use and needed for complicated views of the option of products. I sell prints with a veritity of framing options with different color choices. The support I have recieved can only be discribed as phenominal! Even during holidays and over weekend and after hours.
